How is the connection mode of orifice flange different from ordinary flange?

 

It is to fix two pipes, fittings or equipment respectively on a flange first, between two flanges, add flange gasket, fasten together with bolt, finished connection.

 

Orifice flange is the connection of orifice plate (the measuring part of orifice meter) to the pipe by orifice flowmeter. The orifice plate is fixed in the middle by two flanges. The pressure point on the flange leads to the differential pressure transmitter to measure the flow.
